Purchasing Officer (PO)
Responsibilities:
* Main Function:
o To performed and follow up daily activity of material requirement and reacting as purchase function to achieve the goals set by the Coordinator
* Responsible For:
o To ensure and follow of handling and movement stock materials at external bounded warehouse refer to SOP
o To ensure support information related to products responsibilities are provided to achieve optimum result of product knowledge
o To execute all requisitions or purchase orders are having standard handling at right cost in performing purchase function
o Follow up materials received based on Ecco Materials Specification. Any outstanding deviation must be settled together by QC and Suppliers.
o Purchase follow up and regular contact with supplier for delivery import/ local materials group responsibilities
Requirements:
* Hold bachelor degree or diploma
* Good knowledge of material resource planning system
* Have experience in purchasing/procurement system least 2 years preferable in manufacturing company
* Understanding of purchase cycles linked to business production, planning, warehouse, and finance
* Good knowledge of leather within quality of shoe property
* Fluency in English - both oral and written
* Familiar with SAP system is more advantage
